Patient Symposium

The symposium is an annual event organised by the Queensland Centre for Gynaecological Cancer (QCGC) Research to provide the following information:

• Progress and results coming from our research trials; and
• Practical advice/information useful for all women during and post gynaecological cancer treatment.

For the first time, the symposium was held during the Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) week to enable patients from regional and rural Queensland who will be travelling to Brisbane around that time to participate in both events.  This year we had over 100 guests attending our Patient Symposium!  We thank each and everyone of you for coming along and supporting us. We have had a lot of positive feedback from the morning and we also know many more would have liked to attend but could not due to circumstance and distance.
