Dr Lauren Angel

Lauren joined the Queensland Centre for Gynaecological Cancer in November 2024 as a Program Manager for the ALIVE WELL NHMRC Centre of Research Excellence, which aims to improve the quality of survival of gynaecological cancer patients.

Lauren has been with UQ since 2019, working in the Faculty of Medicine and providing support to researchers throughout the grant process. She looks forward to using her experience in grant preparation and post-award contracting to support up-and-coming early career researchers and ensure the success of the Centre.
